Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and some minor disappointments. The rooms were very spacious and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. However, there were issues with drains that affected the overall room quality. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist with luggage and provide helpful recommendations. While the location was perfect for exploring the city, some maintenance work is needed to justify the prices. The dining options were average, but the friendly staff made up for it. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.
The hotel was truly amazing and comfortable, with huge rooms by European standards that were very comfortable and featured large decks. The design was pretty cool, showcasing someone's great eye for detail, and everything was well taken care of. The service went above and beyond to be helpful and kind, making our stay exceptional. The location was walking distance to the river and old town, providing a beautiful and quiet setting. Although the dining was a bit pricey and limited, the cheerful employees and early breakfast made up for it. Overall, a wonderful stay with superb service and a great ambiance.
The hotel stands out with its contemporary room decor and convenient location near Bordeaux's attractions. The service was top-notch, albeit a tad overpriced during Vinexpo. Dining was a mixed bag with slow replenishment at breakfast. Overall, a nice stay with a few hiccups.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped but unfortunately had a bad smell issue. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist me. The location was outstanding near major attractions, although some maintenance work is needed. The dining experience fell short of expectations despite good quality items being available.
I must say, this hotel left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the rooms were quite spacious and the bed was super comfortable.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The room I got was large and modern, quite different from other Parisian hotels I've stayed in, but the location was a bit off the beaten path. The service was accommodating and friendly, although a room change was needed. Dining was not up to par, being overpriced and lacking variety, and some restoration work is necessary to justify the prices. However, the private Italian garden added charm and it was fine for accessing the city center.
